Job summary

EliteGen Enterprise LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own and optimize our expert sourcing engine for finance professionals in the San Francisco area. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, build sourcing systems, and drive growth through activation of top finance talent.

As the first recruiter on the team, you will shape the strategy, own metrics, and collaborate with project leads to align hiring with customer needs.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, growth, or lead generation.
Experience sourcing finance professionals (IB, PE, hedge funds).
Experience managing multiple sourcing channels and running campaigns at scale.
Data fluency and ability to pull numbers and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the full expert pipeline end-to-end including outbound sourcing, inbound campaigns, referrals, qualification, and activation.
Run multi-channel growth campaigns at scale (LinkedIn, alumni networks, MBA programs, campus recruiting, cold outreach) and perform A/B testing.
Build and manage sourcing systems and tooling (automation, campaign sending, JD testing) with minimal direction.
Track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and retention data to optimize sourcing performance.
Partner with Strategic Project Leads to translate upcoming work into proactive sourcing plans by domain and seniority.
