LYA Collective partners with a fast-growing YC-backed AI company in San Francisco seeking a Senior Recruiter with 2–5 years in high‑volume finance recruiting to own the sourcing engine for a growing expert network. You will identify, engage, and convert top professionals across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and related fields, building scalable channels and leading outreach end‑to‑end.

• 2–5 years in high-volume finance recruiting or sourcing.
• Independently source and use campaign sending and LinkedIn automation vendors.
• Experience managing growth and sourcing across multiple channels.
• Ability to work fully in-person on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• Data fluent and able to make data-driven decisions.
• BS degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the full expert pipeline end-to-end: outbound sourcing, inbound campaigns, referral programs, qualification, and activation.
• Run multi-channel growth campaigns at scale (LinkedIn outreach, alumni networks, MBA programs, campus recruiting, cold outreach) and A/B test.
• Build and manage sourcing systems and tooling (automation, campaign sending, JD testing) independently with minimal direction.
• Track and own funnel metrics, conversion rates, and retention data to optimize sourcing performance.
• Partner with strategic project leads to translate upcoming customer work into proactive sourcing plans by domain and seniority.

They’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience who can build and own the sourcing engine for a growing expert network. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top finance professionals across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and related fields, building strong sourcing channels, and managing outreach from start to finish.
