Halluminate seeks a Senior Recruiter to build our finance expert network. You will market, source, identify, and bring in the best RL finance specialists to join our network, directly driving growth and revenue.

Based in San Francisco, this in-person role partners with the People Platform Lead and project leads to translate upcoming client work into targeted sourcing plans by domain and seniority. Competitive compensation includes base $150k–$200k, 0.15–0.3% equity, relocation stipend, and

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in growth, outbound sales / lead generation, recruiting / sourcing, or marketplace supply roles
• Channel curiosity and scrappiness: testing multiple sourcing channels
• Data fluency: own funnel metrics, conversion rates, CAC, retention
• Marketing/Brand skills: creating content that pulls people into the funnel
• Be a builder ready for ambiguity of early stage startup operations
• Exceptional written communication

Responsibilities

• Own the expert pipeline end-to-end: source and engage candidates, manage qualification and vetting handoff, drive activation, and partner with the People Platform team on retention.
• Data Driven Outbound: LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator, alumni networks, referrals, and outreach; test paid acquisition and partnerships.
• Inbound Marketing: Create brand collateral, host community events to drive inbound interest.
• Strategic Planning: Translate upcoming customer work into a sourcing plan by domain and seniority.
• Design incentives and referral programs to attract and retain experts.
• Product work: Develop tools to automate sourcing/growth at scale.
