What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, recruiting needs, and success profiles
• Own the full-cycle direct hire recruiting process from intake through offer and close
• Evaluate and interview candidates, aligning skills and experience to client requirements
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience through clear communication and timely updates
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and repeat hiring needs
• Leverage traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify top F&A talent
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS
• Operate with urgency, accountability, and a consultative mindset

What You Need

• 5+ years of Finance & Accounting recruiting experience within the staffing industry
• Direct Hire experience strongly preferred
