Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Recruiter to join our growing practice in Chicago. You’ll source, screen, and place finance and accounting professionals across roles from staff to leadership, coordinating interviews, offers, and placements while building long-term client relationships.

You’ll work closely with sales and recruiting teams to understand client needs, develop proactive talent pipelines, and provide a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing and recruiting is preferred.
• Finance & Accounting recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and ownership-focused.

• Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline information within internal systems.
• Stay current on hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability within the Finance & Accounting market.

About the Role

Connect Search is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Recruiter to join our growing Finance & Accounting practice.

In this role, you’ll recruit professionals across Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit, and Financial Leadership, managing searches from initial sourcing and outreach through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.

You’ll work closely with our sales and recruiting teams to understand client needs, identify strong talent in the market, and build relationships with Finance & Accounting professionals at all levels.

• Prior staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Finance & Accounting recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of professional-level recruiting and the ability to work on specialized and complex searches.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive.
