This role partners with hiring managers and is responsible for sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and offers, while building strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate has strong business partnership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of developing creative sourcing strategies and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting professional positions in a corporate environment.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels.
• Experience identifying and maintaining relationships with passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Harley-Davidson’s Engineering organization.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to identify qualified candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Manage candidate experience from outreach through offer.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
