The role partners closely with hiring managers, handling sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting of professional positions in a corporate environment.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
• Experience identifying and maintaining relationships with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Leadership: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and key stakeholders to identify qualified candidates, gather feedback, and make hiring recommendations.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor recruiting metrics to inform strategy and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance recruiting processes and efficiency.
