Job summary

Nominal is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Commercial & Corporate functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Sales and related teams, shaping hiring with hiring managers, and building strong candidate pipelines to support Nominal’s rapid growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and strong relationships with leadership. You will partner across Sales, RevOps/Enablement, G&A, and Marketing, and may flex into technical or leadership recruiting as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions (sales + another domain).
• Experience recruiting for Commercial Sales roles (Enterprise and Mid-Market).
• Ability to use recruiting/pipeline data to inform sourcing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes from kickoff to close with high candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps/Enablement, G&A, and Marketing to define hiring profiles and run structured interviews.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines and relationships with senior stakeholders.
