Job summary

Nominal is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Commercial & Corporate functions in a fast-paced environment. You will own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, RevOps, G&A, and Marketing, building pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to define profiles and maintain high standards.

You will lead sourcing and close exceptional candidates while leveraging data-driven strategies and AI tools to optimize the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for Commercial Sales roles (Enterprise and Mid‑Market).
• Use of data to inform sourcing strategy.
• Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Highly organized, execution-oriented in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes end to end, ensuring candidate experience reflects Nominal's standards.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Own recruiting operations and sourcing strategy, expanding pipeline capability as needed.
• Support the broader team with recruiting across other org areas when needed.
