Job summary

Nominal is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end searches for software engineering, infrastructure, AI, and other technical roles. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to translate needs into candidate profiles and sourcing plans.

You will build scalable recruiting processes, improve interview strategies, and help Nominal maintain a high talent bar as the engineering team grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups or high-performance tech environments.
• Significant experience recruiting software engineers and other highly technical profiles.
• Ability to turn ambiguous hiring needs into clear candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Strong sourcing instincts and an existing network in technical talent markets.
• Ability to explain and close candidates on startup compensation and equity.
