Job summary

Nominal is seeking a GTM Recruiter to own recruiting strategy and execution for our growing commercial team. You will partner with GTM leadership to translate business goals into talent profiles, build sourcing strategies, and close top candidates who align with our mission.

This builder-and-operator role requires hands-on sourcing, assessment design, and scalable processes to hire high-caliber GTM talent as Nominal scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting experience, with significant GTM ownership.
• Experience in SaaS sales organizations and roles (e.g., AE, SDR, Solutions Engineer).
• Ability to partner with executive GTM leaders and build scalable processes.
• Track record of building or improving GTM assessment strategies and sourcing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM recruiting strategy and end-to-end execution for Nominal's commercial organization.
• Develop targeted search strategies and hiring plans with GTM leaders.
• Build interview rubrics and assessment processes to predict GTM success.
• Close exceptional candidates and craft candidate experiences aligned with Nominal's mission.
