• Experience in marketing, SaaS, or remote-first business preferred
• US-based with availability during 9am–5pm CT core hours

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 8–12 roles per year across marketing, sales, creative, and operations
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche communities
• Conduct first-round screens and written assessments; coordinate interview loops and reference checks
• Build and maintain a bench of pre-qualified candidates and report on hiring metrics
