Qualifikationen

• Experience recruiting in banking/FS or commercial banking.
• Proven success hiring for sales-oriented/client-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification including passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with hybrid and remote team environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Business Banking roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract candidates through market mapping and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen candidates and provide recommendations based on skills and fit.
• Deliver market insights and recruitment best practices to stakeholders.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate with dispersed team across time zones.
