Amperity in New York, NY is hiring a Senior Recruiter to partner with Amperity's Go-To-Market leaders as a senior talent advisor. You will translate business strategy into actionable recruitment plans, shaping capabilities, profiles, and talent markets needed to build the organization.
You will own complex, senior searches, bring market intelligence into decisions, and coach leaders to improve assessment, selection.
Qualifications
- 8 years as a full-cycle recruiter in fast paced, high growth B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Results-oriented with a track record recruiting Go-To-Market talent with demonstrated ability to flex into technical roles
- Translates business challenges and questions into solutions
- Think strategically while staying on top of tactical execution; exercises good judgment
- Proven experience sitting across from C-level executives, guiding strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration
- Experience navigating complex equity structures and passive candidate engagement
