Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Service & Sales Talent Acquisition team. This 100% remote, 6-month W2 contract role offers strong extension or conversion potential and competitive benefits nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Experience recruiting for Automotive Service, Sales, Customer Experience, or Commercial roles.
• Ability to use ATS (iCIMS) and AI recruiting tools.

One of the country's largest electric vehicle manufacturers is searching for a Senior Recruiter to join their Service & Sales Talent Acquisition team 100% remotely. In this role, you will act as a high-impact talent advisor, serving as the critical bridge between field service teams and expanding commercial operations. You will design data-driven hiring strategies, leverage cutting-edge AI sourcing tools, and collaborate closely with executive leadership to fuel market expansion with premier industry talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with commercial leaders to translate organizational hiring plans into prioritized talent acquisition strategies and distinct success profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume customer-facing roles, driving the process from initial intake and talent sourcing to final offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Build and execute multi-channel sourcing pipelines utilizing proactive direct outreach, professional networks, employee referrals, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms.
• Provide data-backed market intelligence and compensation analysis to guide hiring decisions and keep recruitment strategies competitive.
• Facilitate alignment sessions, competency-based interview planning, and candidate debriefs to ensure structured, objective evaluation across all hiring teams.
• Continuously refine the candidate journey by resolving workflow bottlenecks, streamlining scheduling, and fostering fast feedback loops.
• Deploy modern recruitment technology and ATS automations to eliminate administrative overhead while elevating the human touch of the candidate experience.
• Act as an energetic brand champion, ensuring every applicant receives a transparent, respectful, and prompt hiring experience.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 to 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Direct recruitment background supporting Automotive Service, Sales, Customer Experience, or Commercial field operations.
• Demonstrated success leading complex searches, advising senior leadership, and shaping long-term hiring initiatives.
• Proven expertise in talent mapping and pipelining hard-to-find passive candidates.
• Track record of applying recruiting funnel analytics (such as conversion rates and time-to-fill) to uncover operational efficiencies.
• Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, alongside practical experience adopting AI and recruiting automation tools.
• Strong organizational agility with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
