Volt is hiring a Remote Recruiter - East Coast who will support hiring needs and connect top talent with meaningful opportunities. The role involves onboarding and on-site management for our workforce, with an emphasis on relationship-building with clients and candidates.

The position requires experience in recruiting or staffing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a pay rate of $60,000–$65,000.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management.

• Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.

• Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office, ATS, timekeeping tools).

• Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
• Attend client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Volt is immediately hiring an Remote Recruiter - East Coast. We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team and support hiring needs. In this role, you'll connect top talent with meaningful opportunities while partnering closely with our clients to provide exceptional results and effective on-site management for our workforce.

Pay

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $65,000

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
