Job summary

Alcon3Pl is seeking a Field Recruiter to source and hire talent for warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial roles across Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Riverside, CA. You will actively recruit in the community, attend events, screen candidates, and guide onboarding while meeting staffing goals.

Ideal candidates have recruiting or HR experience, excellent communication skills, and are fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or HR preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
• Travel throughout Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Riverside to recruit employees.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, community events, and recruiting activities.
• Conduct interviews and screen applicants.

Are you a people person who enjoys being out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day? We#39;re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Field Recruiter to help us find top talent while building relationships throughout the Inland Empire.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekends as needed based on business demands

Pay

• Depending on experience
• Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel
