Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Services Recruiter to join its NYC team. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions across multiple U.S. offices, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies and drive hiring outcomes.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience within professional services environment (legal, consulting, finance, etc.), required.
• Experience recruiting business services professionals through the full recruitment lifecycle, required.
• Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders and hiring managers on recruiting strategy and hiring decisions, required.
• Experience developing direct sourcing strategies and managing external search firm relationships, required.
• Experience with Workday, preferred.

The salary for this role is $115K-$145K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
