Carnegie Search is hiring a Senior Recruiter position in Charlotte!

If you have a proven track record in Agency Recruiting or Talent Acquisition this might be for you.

This role will join our Executive Search practice focused on filling VP level positions and above. Experience with strategic recruiting for the C-Suite is preferred, but not required for candidates with equivalent experience.

Carnegie Search is experiencing a season of rapid growth with 15 full time employees and more clients and job orders than our team can cover. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to assist with sourcing passive candidates, qualifying their fit for extremely selective clients and delivering their placements through the offer stage.

Core Responsibilities:

• Source Passive Candidates
• Qualify their ability to perform vacant positions
• Evaluate Candidates Level of Interest in changing roles
• Manage the placement process including interview prep, interview debrief, meeting scheduling, pre-closing, offer review, and onboarding.
• Coach and Mentor Candidates to Assist in their Job Search Process.
