• Proven track record in agency recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with strategic recruiting for executive levels (C-suite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates.
• Qualify candidates' fit for vacant positions.
• Evaluate candidates' level of interest in changing roles.
• Manage the placement process including interview prep, debrief, scheduling, pre-closing, offers, and onboarding.
• Coach and mentor candidates through their job search process.
