EmployBridge is seeking an entrepreneurial Professional Recruiter to own a full desk in Accounting & Finance, entirely remote in the US. You will develop client relationships, source and place top talent, and drive revenue with an uncapped incentive plan.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, build pipelines, conduct strategy calls with hiring managers, and grow your own book of business while hitting KPIs in a metrics-driven environment.

This is a true 360 recruiting opportunity where you'll build client relationships, develop new business, recruit top Accounting & Finance talent, and directly impact your earnings through an uncapped incentive plan.

What You'll Do

As a Professional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing a full desk across the Accounting & Finance market.

• Recruit Accounting & Finance professionals including:
• Staff Accountants
• Senior Accountants
• Accounting Managers
• Controllers
• FP&A Professionals
• Directors of Finance
• CFOs
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Manage the interview and offer process

Business Development Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing activities
• Conduct client intake calls and hiring strategy discussions
• Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers and hiring managers
• Grow and manage your own book of business
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships

Revenue & Production Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve recruiting and business development KPIs
• Manage activity metrics and pipeline health
• Drive desk growth through both recruiting success and client acquisition

Required Experience

• Agency staffing or recruiting experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience
• Business development or client-facing experience
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and networking skills

Preferred Experience

• Accounting & Finance recruiting experience
• Full-desk or 360 recruiting experience
• Demonstrated revenue or billing production
• Experience developing new client relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're particularly interested in recruiters who:

• Have previously worked a true 360 desk
• Have responsibility for both recruiting and business development
• Understand direct-hire fee generation and revenue production
• Have experience generating $250K+ annually in direct-hire revenue
• Want to build a long-term recruiting career

Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Incentive Plan

In addition to a competitive base salary, recruiters participate in an uncapped commission structure tied to direct-hire placement fee collections + milestone bonuses.
