Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Recovery Support Specialists (RSS) and shift leads.
• Schedule RSS coverage between ATS and CSS and manage daily assignments.
• Provide ongoing training on policies, procedures, and expectations for RSS and shift leads.
• Assist in creating and managing RSS biweekly/monthly schedules; monitor staffing needs.
• Monitor environment of care safety and ensure timely documentation.
• Oversee RSS staff payroll and timely submission of time cards; participate in safety/infection control meetings.
