Job summary

Carvana is hiring for a Reconditioning Operations Lead at our inspection and reconditioning center. The role oversees multiple lines, plans production for full shifts, and ensures targets are met for production, cost, and quality when leadership is not onsite.

You will identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and drive action plans with the site leadership team. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing, excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams (50+ associates) in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and drive root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines, planning production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet targets in production, cost, and quality when the GM is offsite.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead weekly performance reviews and report outcomes to Senior Leadership.
• Guide daily site manager huddles to set priorities for the day.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects across the site or region.
