Job summary

Carvana in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee multiple reconditioning lines in the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, plan production for full shifts, and drive performance toward targets.

You will identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, lead weekly reviews with senior leadership, and guide daily huddles while advancing continuous improvement and employee development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the IC, planning production for a full shift.
• Manage facilities to meet/exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when GM is not onsite.
• Identify bottlenecks; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership; report on variances and countermeasures.
• Guide daily site manager huddles to set the day’s tone and priorities.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects at home site and across region; train process changes.
