Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or analytical roles, preferably in insurance/TPA.
• Experience with multi-line of business and strong data proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reconciliation of loss fund payments across client programs.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with internal teams, claimants, and customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Document, validate, and enhance procedures related to large carrier accounts and high-severity funds.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial controls and reporting consistency.
• Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within Finance.
