Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing multi-entity reconciliations and strong close capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and reconciliation software such as Trintech Adra.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process across multiple entities.
• Establish and maintain reconciliation policies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Review complex and high-risk reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Ensure accuracy between subledgers and the general ledger, including AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash, and intercompany accounts.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting metrics for visibility into financial performance and reconciliation status.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and financial control enhancements.
• Manage and mentor an accounting team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support a disciplined month-end close process and collaborate with finance leadership to improve reporting accuracy.
