Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with leadership in multi-entity settings and 5+ years of management.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, internal controls, and tax reporting support.
• Proven ability to mentor accounting professionals while building scalable processes.
• Strong systems aptitude with accounting platforms, reporting tools, process improvements, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing accounting team with clear expectations and standardized processes.
• Oversee the general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Maintain oversight of cash activity, bank accounts, liquidity, disbursements, and annual cash audits.
• Strengthen accounting systems, workflows, documentation, calendars, SOPs, automation, and internal controls.
• Coordinate tax, audit, and external reporting support, liaising with auditors and service providers.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
