Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Experience managing account reconciliations within a multi-entity organization.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, accruals, intercompany transactions, and controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with reconciliation software such as Trintech Adra.
• CPA or progress toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly balance sheet reconciliation process across entities.
• Establish reconciliation policies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Review complex reconciliations and drive timely resolution of items.
• Ensure accuracy between subledgers and general ledger (AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash, intercompany).
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting metrics for visibility into reconciliation status.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and financial control enhancements.
• Mentor accounting team and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
