Job summary

GPC seeks a Rebate Senior Analyst to manage vendor rebate programs within Enable, ensuring earnings recognition and financial compliance. You will validate agreements, monitor performance, and support go-live, stabilization, and ongoing ownership of rebate processes.

You will partner with Procurement, Merchandising, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance to ensure accurate billing, reconciliation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years in rebate accounting, financial analysis, or contract administration.
• Direct experience with Enable Vendor Rebate system preferred.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly rebate accruals, reconciliations, and billing within Enable.
• Validate rebate data against contracts and GAAP requirements.
• Ensure accurate earnings recognition and reporting integrity.
• Assist with data migration validation and system enhancements.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards to improve rebate visibility and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Merchandising, Finance and IT teams.
