Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Gross to Net Payment Senior Analyst to process and analyze payments for wholesalers, Medicaid rebates, and other government rebates. You will handle inquiries, support AR resolutions, and ensure compliance with internal controls in a hybrid environment.

The role requires experience with chargebacks and rebates, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Model N; SAP is a plus. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years experience in processing invoices or payments in an office setting.
• Experience with chargebacks, Medicaid, contracts, or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze wholesaler chargebacks, Medicaid and government rebates, and related fees.
• Ensure timely payments and verify against contracts and controls.
• Respond to inquiries and support monthly/quarterly reporting and audits.
• Maintain documentation for all payments and rebates and resolve discrepancies.
