Job summary

Intel is seeking a Rebates Global Process Owner Analyst to standardize product level rebate accrual and inventory/payment methodologies. The role collaborates with CAO, IT, regional reps, and audit stakeholders to deliver scalable, auditable processes.

Responsibilities include driving automation, refining algorithm logic, and ensuring SOX readiness while supporting financial and operational reporting across global teams. Strong Excel, Python, and data analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/business or a related field.
• 4+ years rebates accounting/operations experience with accrual methodologies and forecasting where applicable.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with structured templates and data driven models.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation and AI enhancements across GRASP and CAO tools.
• Advance GRASP algorithm logic and refine review factors for accuracy.
• Maintain exception rules and governance with required rationale and documentation.
• Interpret outputs with RAs/COE, analyze variances, and push model improvements.
• Support financial and operational reporting, standardize and automate processes.
• Help rollout, UAT simulations, and cutover readiness across teams.
• Provide advisory support to account teams during onboarding and stabilization.
