The Cigna Group is seeking a Sr. Advisor, Strategy & Financial Analysis to partner with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to optimize client rebate modeling for market checks and renewals.

You will mentor analysts, translate complex modeling for leadership, and drive process improvements across rebate and supply chain functions. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, evaluating client data, and guiding strategic rebate opportunities while supporting potential utilization

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare or related area; MBA a plus

Mansioni

• Collaborate with SAM and Underwriting teams to understand current client financial position and rebate approach as well as strategic options for market checks and renewals
• Ideate and propose strategic rebate optimization opportunities and understand long-term benefits and challenges
• Mentor Advisors and Lead Analysts to help support department training needs
• Support team leadership by reviewing key / complex client rebate modeling and translating modeling components for leadership reviews
• Evaluate client data, create scenarios, and provide expert modeling and guidance for existing clients
• Discuss potential utilization management programs with Clinical Account Executives to ensure modeling aligns with contracts
• Partner with clinical peers to analyze financial impact of formulary changes
• Strategize with cross-functional areas including Account Management, Pricing, Product, Finance, and New Sales
• Lead interdepartmental team calls to discuss rebate invoicing eligibility
• Lead and/or assist in documenting best practices / SOPs for rebate modeling teams
• Ensure optimization of work processes for rebate modeling strategies and department goals
• Work on special projects and presentations for rebate modeling teams
