Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Advisor, Strategy & Financial Analysis to partner with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to optimize client rebate modeling for market checks and renewals. You will mentor analysts, translate complex modeling components for leadership reviews, and drive strategic rebate initiatives across SAM, Underwriting, and Pricing committees.

Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple teams, evaluating data, and leading special projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Healthcare or related area; MBA a plus.
5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
Strong leadership, detail orientation, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with SAM and Underwriting to understand client financial position and rebate approaches.
Ideate strategic rebate optimization opportunities and assess long-term benefits.
Mentor Advisors and Lead Analysts to support training needs.
Translate complex modeling components for leadership reviews and Pricing Committee.
Evaluate client data, create scenarios, and provide expert modeling guidance.
Discuss potential utilization management programs with Clinical Account Executives.
Partner with clinical peers to analyze financial impact of formulary changes.
Lead interdepartmental rebate invoicing discussions and terms.
Document best practices and SOPs for rebate modeling teams.
Ensure workflow optimization and achievement of department goals.
Contribute to special projects and presentations for rebate modeling teams.
