The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Strategy & Analytics Advisor to lead analytical work supporting C&CE priorities. You will work with Workforce & Footprint Strategy to drive improvements in customer experience and associate tools across multiple lines of business.

This fully remote role offers visibility with VP+ audiences and opportunities to shape strategic direction, with some on-site requirements for select geographies. Competitive salary and bonus eligibility are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Five years of relevant analytics or management consulting experience.
• Strong communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to structure project plans and drive workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Shape C&CE strategy by developing business cases and evaluating options.
• Leverage data to solve business problems and identify data needs.
• Identify opportunities using trend analysis and operational data insights.
• Develop testing plans and monitor performance indicators.
