Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Software Engineer Senior to support training systems sustainment, design and development for high-fidelity Aircrew Training Devices. The role is located at customer facilities in Florida with potential travel.

You will work with hardware, software, systems, and test engineers to maintain simulators and deliver real-time software solutions, with opportunities for growth and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/CE/SE or related field.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Experience with hardware integration and Linux system administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Air Force Flight Simulators in an integrated product team.
• Research and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
• Develop software solutions for flight simulator discrepancies and upgrades.
• Support requirements analysis, design, development, integration and test of real-time software.
• Assist system design and architecture development for complex systems.
