The role emphasizes SDLC rigor, prototyping, and ongoing learning, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge flight simulators at learning centers and training sites. A technical degree and 2+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• >>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or other applicable technical field; and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• >><br>Two years of related experience in software engineering preferred.
• >Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models; SDLC familiarity; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• >Develops, supports, and maintains software components across the development cycle.
• <Apply skills in requirements identification, design, testing and troubleshooting; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• <Interpret schematics and diagrams to create software models of physical systems.
• <Adhere to disciplined software development practices and document processes for internal/external use.
• <Contribute to prototypes and R&D for new technologies and tools.
