Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Training and Simulation Equipment Support professional to provide technical and operational services for training devices used in simulated flying conditions. You will troubleshoot IT issues, maintain comprehensive simulator documentation, and ensure smooth multi-user system operation.

Requirements include 3–5 years of experience with simulation hardware/software, ability to read schematics, strong communication, flexible hours, and a current Security+ certificate or

Qualifications

• Final Transferable Secret security clearance; last reinvestigation within 5 years.
• Ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
• 3–5 years’ experience maintaining and troubleshooting Training and Simulation equipment.
• Knowledge and experience with simulation hardware and software.
• Ability to read and use technical schematics, drawings and manuals to resolve complex problems.
• Strong oral/written communication skills.
• Willingness to support flexible work hours to align with customer operational schedule.
• Current Security+ certificate or ability to acquire within 3 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational services to support training devices under simulated flying conditions.
• Troubleshoot complex IT problems and determine technical solutions.
• Maintain simulator documentation including drawings, instructions, parts and software listings.
• Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems; set up admin and user accounts; manage system performance.
• Monitor computing resources policies and standards and coordinate installation and backup recovery.
