Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Sacramento is seeking a Senior Property Manager to serve as the primary real estate business partner for location leadership. You will oversee property operations, financial performance, workplace strategy, vendor management, and capital projects to drive operational excellence.

Travel up to 5% and relocation assistance is not offered. You will lead budgeting, forecasts, and investment analyses, partnering with site leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with 10+ years real estate experience.
• 10+ years in corporate real estate, property or facilities management.
• 5+ years leading complex projects and capital improvements.
• Experience presenting business cases to executive stakeholders.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and real estate metrics.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of owned and leased facilities.
• Partner with site and executive leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Own operating and capital budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and investments.
• Manage facilities providers, vendors, contracts, SLAs, and asset records.
• Deliver renovations, relocations, and workplace modernization initiatives.
• Advance workplace performance, safety, sustainability, and resource conservation.
