Serve as the primary Siemens Real Estate representative responsible for day-to-day operations across a diverse portfolio of office, R&D, and manufacturing sites.
Manage vendor performance, maintenance programs, building services, and workplace amenities to ensure a premium facility experience.
Ensure facilities meet Siemens standards for safety, compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, business stakeholders, and service providers, balancing the needs of office-based and production-based teams.
Lead workplace design initiatives that enhance employee experience, productivity, and collaboration in both office and industrial settings.
Apply industrial design and human-centered design principles to create spaces that are functional, intuitive, and aligned with modern hybrid work and lean manufacturing goals.
Evaluate workplace ergonomics and employee workflows to improve efficiency and user satisfaction across the entire site.
Partner with architects and workplace planners to develop innovative solutions for innovation centers, collaborative work environments, and shop-floor modernizations.
Analyze occupancy data, workflow patterns, and operational requirements to optimize workplace layouts and space utilization.
Develop concepts and recommendations that improve operational throughput while enhancing workplace aesthetics and functionality.
Utilize design and visualization tools to support workplace planning and site development initiatives.
Evaluate furniture systems, workspace configurations, and smart building technologies to ensure alignment with both office and production needs.
Recommend solutions that balance cost efficiency, employee experience, and long-term scalability.
Lead multiple workplace, facilities, and industrial improvement projects simultaneously from concept through implementation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Facilities, IT, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and Manufacturing Engineering.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Siemens Real Estate objectives.
Manage site operating budgets, capital improvement projects (CAPEX), forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure performance, compliance, and value delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce occupancy costs across the portfolio.
