Job summary

Siemens Real Estate seeks an Operations Property Manager to lead facilities operations, workplace design, and industrial engineering across office, R&D, and manufacturing sites. You will optimize space, ergonomics, and workflows to support both people and production.

You will manage budgets, CAPEX, and vendor contracts while guiding cross-functional teams such as IT, EHS, and Manufacturing Engineering to deliver high-performing environments that align with Siemens standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in property management, facilities operations, or operational leadership roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders within complex corporate or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of facilities management, workplace service delivery, and site operations.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across office, R&D, and manufacturing sites.
• Lead workplace design and industrial engineering initiatives to improve space and productivity.
• Plan space utilization, occupancy, and workflow optimizations.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, and vendor contracts to ensure value.
