Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks a Senior Project Manager – Real Estate to own a portfolio of complex facilities projects across multiple sites. From ideation through design, construction, and closeout, you will steer scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure delivery on time and within cost.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Real Estate project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with complex brownfield and new builds.
• Strong working knowledge across structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Confidence leading client-facing discussions and executive updates.
• Experience influencing design decisions and risk identification.
• Proficiency with Primavera, Procore, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of projects (often concurrently) ranging from facility upgrades to new construction.
• Own the full project lifecycle—from initial concept through execution and closeout.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, and forecasts with a strong focus on cost and timeline discipline.
• Drive decision‑making during design and construction phases, influencing long‑term operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate across cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and logistics.
• Lead RFP processes and vendor selection, ensuring the right partners are engaged.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance, bringing structure to complex workstreams.
• Represent Siemens Mobility in external settings, including interactions with contractors and regulators.
