Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Real Estate to own and deliver a portfolio of complex facilities projects. You will collaborate with internal customers, leadership, and external stakeholders from ideation through design, construction, and closeout across multiple sites and disciplines.

You will guide scope, schedule, and budgets, drive decision-making, and ensure alignment to Siemens Mobility’s strategic priorities while managing cross-functional teams and vendor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Real Estate project management experience across diverse project types.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a portfolio.
• Experience with brownfield and new builds in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of projects across sites and disciplines from concept to closeout.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, and forecasts with cost discipline.
• Drive design/construct decisions and align with business priorities.
