Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking an Operations Property Manager, Workplace Design & Industrial Engineering to lead on-site operations across office, R&D, and manufacturing environments. You will blend facilities management, workplace strategy, and industrial design to create spaces that balance people, performance, and cost efficiency.

You will manage vendors, CAPEX projects, budgets, and space planning while partnering with IT, EHS, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in property management, facilities operations, or operational leadership roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders within complex corporate or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of facilities management, workplace service delivery, and site operations.
• Demonstrated budgeting, forecasting, and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across office, R&D, and manufacturing sites.
• Lead workplace design initiatives to enhance employee experience, productivity, and collaboration.
• Manage vendor performance, maintenance programs, building services, and workplace amenities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Facilities, IT, EHS, and Manufacturing Engineering) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor CAPEX projects, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve space utilization, ergonomics, and operational efficiency.
