Job summary

Bellwether, a global advisory firm, seeks a Senior Analyst, Equity to support oversight of a portfolio of commercial real estate investments. You will maintain complex financial analyses, review monthly operating reports, and participate in bi-weekly leasing calls.

You will contribute to strategic initiatives across deals, build asset-level cash flow forecasts, and mentor junior analysts while liaising with operating partners and asset management leads.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in Asset Management, Development, or Acquisitions across major asset classes; client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience with property underwriting and advanced financial modeling.
• Familiarity reading loan documents, joint-venture agreements, and management agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ARGUS Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of equity investments across various property types.
• Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity and monthly property operating performance.
• Maintain detailed asset-level cash flow reforecasting models.
• Organize investment-level data on a monthly and quarterly reporting basis.
• Evaluate and analyze potential new investments, assisting with due diligence and execution of said investments.
• Liaison with operating partners and asset management team members to review business plan execution.
• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Help train and mentor junior analysts.
