Job summary

Bellwether is seeking an Associate for its Valuations Team, responsible for conducting and managing the valuations of commercial real estate investments. This role offers significant learning opportunities and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

The successful candidate will engage in complex financial analyses and maintain performance evaluations while working with industry experts and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate valuations, consulting, or portfolio management.
• Experience in property underwriting and advanced financial modeling required.
• Preferably have real estate industry certifications (e.g., MAI, CCIM, CPA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate investments.
• Prepare quarterly investment-level tear sheets summarizing key valuation metrics.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned client deal teams.
