The Senior Financial Analyst will support the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical reporting, modelling, and presentations.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical reporting, modelling, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Review investment annual business plans, consolidate the information for fund level business plans, and prepare analyses for senior management and investors
• Assist with the oversight of private fund investment valuations on a quarterly basis
• Review changes in valuations and returns on a quarterly basis
• Present overview of quarterly valuations and performance to IR and other internal groups
• Maintain the private fund valuation policy and monitor the development and application of sector-specific valuation policies
• Support other teams on quantitative and complex investor requests
• Perform quarterly benchmarking of fund performance
• Prepare specific analysis and special projects as required
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3-7 years of related experience
• Real estate valuation experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel a must
  
  

Salary Range

$115,000-$150,000
