Job summary

Bellwether, a global advisory firm, seeks a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support the portfolio management team of a large commercial real estate platform. You will own models and analytics informing capital deployment, holding, and returns, with exposure to senior management and interdepartmental collaboration.

You will build automated dashboards and provide timely analyses for marketing, fundraising, and investor relations, helping drive fund performance and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, modeling and audits.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities for fund-level performance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast fund-level performance for a large commercial real estate platform.
• Own and update fund models, track liquidity, distributions, capital calls and fees.
• Drive hold-period optimization, exit planning and timing for funds.
