Job summary

Bellwether is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support the portfolio management team of a large commercial real estate platform. This role connects asset-level analytics with fund-level performance, owning models and analyses that inform capital deployment, holding, and returns.

You will engage with senior management, contribute to fund forecasts, and help build automated dashboards and reporting to serve stakeholders across the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commercial real estate or investment industries.
• Advanced Excel, cash-flow and fund-level modeling.
• Familiar with waterfall structures and portal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Forecast fund-level performance and analyze economics of a large CRE platform.
• Own, maintain, and enhance fund models including liquidity, distributions, and fees.
• Drive hold-period optimization and exit planning for funds.
• Synthesize data into clear observations for senior management.
• Partner with Acquisitions to deliver pro forma KPIs for investments.
• Support marketing, fundraising, and investor relations with timely analyses.
• Lead design/build of automated dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
