Job summary

Bellwether is seeking an Associate to join the Valuations Team in Dallas. In this role, you will conduct and manage valuations of commercial real estate investments, preparing detailed financial analyses and projections, and collaborating closely with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or accounting, along with a strong command of Microsoft Office and ARGUS Enterprise. Excellent analytical skills and professional communication abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in real estate valuations, consulting, or portfolio management.
• Experience with property underwriting is preferred.
• Possession of relevant real estate industry certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of commercial real estate investments.
• Prepare cash flow projections and report key metrics.
• Communicate with client deal teams and manage information requests.
