Job summary

Century 21 Americana is seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee operations for our branches across Nevada, Utah, and Montana. The role requires real estate transaction coordinating experience and a ability to implement processes, monitor performance, and coordinate a virtual team.

You'll work closely with the VP of the brokerage to ensure procedures are followed, drive efficiencies, and support growth across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate transaction coordinating experience.
• 3+ years of significant business and management experience in an operational role.
• Track record for creating systems and processes and raising efficiency to meet company goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and documenting policies, procedures, and systems and follow through with implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with a virtual team to support company initiatives.
• Achieve performance goals while supporting our culture and mission
• Prepare reports and audits to monitor and improve operational effectiveness.
• Understand the daily activities and duties of each department and ensure that they are running smoothly at all times.
• Implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and resolve problems.
• Analyze process workflow and employee requirements; suggest or implement changes.
• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual company events.
• Develop and implement quality control and training programs that foster customer service, quality, efficiency, employee development, and company core values.
